Here’s an incredibly simple “recipe” that we thought we’d share since Alex and I make it a lot, but it hadn’t yet made its way onto the blog. Instead of buying fruit dip, just stir together yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and cinnamon. It’s an excellent way to create a satisfying snack or healthy appetizer. We’ve used this for parties on many occasions with great success. It’s got no refined sugar and is naturally sweet. It’s easy, healthy, and economical, and would also go well with quinoa granola too. How to make yogurt fruit dip
This yogurt fruit dip recipe is laughably easy, but everyone who’s tried it says it’s amazing! To make this yogurt fruit dip, you simply have to combine plain yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and a little vanilla extract. Give it a good stir and serve alongside your favorite fruit — we like apples best, but banana slices, strawberries, grapes, pineapple, and pears are also delicious.
If you prefer a thicker dip, use plain Greek yogurt instead of regular yogurt. Feel free play around with using skyr or another type of yogurt (and let us know how it turns out!). You could also make this with vanilla-flavored yogurt; if you go that route I’d omit the honey and vanilla extract if I were you since most vanilla yogurts contain sugar already.

How to store yogurt fruit dip
This yogurt dip keeps in the fridge for up to five days in a tightly sealed container. If you plan on making a big batch of this dip, I’d recommend doling out only however much fruit dip you’ll be eating in one sitting. That way you’re not double dipping in the big batch of dip! Also, your yogurt fruit dip might separate a little in the fridge — that’s normal! Just give it a good stir before serving.

Jet lag is the worst. I know everyone says the best way to get over it is to force yourself to operate in your normal schedule, but I found that not to work for me particularly when travelling west to east. I just had to sleep and let my body fix itself.
Yes, jet lag is no fun! I’m finally mainly over it after a week of forcing myself back on the schedule :) But it was much better for me than last year, where it took me almost 1 month to feel normal again!
