Making the creamy Gorgonzola dressing

Few people think to make homemade blue cheese dressing because they assume it’s tough to perfect. We’ve found the complete opposite to be true—this gorgonzola dressing couldn’t be easier to make! Here are the basic steps for how to make the dressing:

  • Mash up a handful of Gorgonzola cheese crumbles with apple cider vinegar to make a creamy paste.
  • Whisk in yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper until a creamy dressing forms.
  • Stir in another handful of cheese crumbles to make for a chunky texture.

You can re-purpose this dressing as a dip for veggie sticks, drizzle it onto pizza, use it as a dressing for potato salad or egg salad, and more! However you eat it, it’s bound to impress.
